We endeavour to ship all orders within 48 hours. We ship every weekday.
We ship with Australia Post. Below are their estimated delivery times.
1 to 2 business days: NSW, ACT, VIC
2 to 5 business days: South QLD
3 to 5 business days: TAS
4 to 7 business days: North QLD
5 to 9 business days: NT, WA

Auto Delivery customers get inventory priority - this means our operations and warehouse prioritise stock of our Auto Delivery orders over once-off orders.

No, not at all. You can choose to cancel at any time, at no cost.
