    Very salty

    Far saltier than expected, the only way I can tolerate it is super cold with lots of ice 🤢. In the middle of a tough workout the need to drink far outweighs the taste though. Hopefully I’ll get used to drinking this.
    Little sachets are very convenient though.

    A friend of mine recommended Lytes. I have a sensitive gut and was starting to suspect that sugary electrolyte drinks didnt agree with me.
