Shipping rates
Rates depend on your postcode zone. Once your cart reaches $149 (after discounts, before shipping), $10 comes off automatically at checkout, so metro standard shipping is free.

Australia Post sets the zone for each postcode and checkout applies it automatically.

Order before 12pm AEST, Monday to Friday, and your order ships the same business day from Unanderra, NSW. Very busy periods can add a short delay. Times below are for Standard Post once your order has been dispatched.

Yes. Australia Post delivers to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and business addresses across Australia.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually update the address. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
What if my parcel is delayed?
Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carrier delays, public holidays or weather. Your tracking link shows the latest status. If something looks off, get in touch and we'll help.
Which zone is my postcode in?
Australia Post sets the zone from your delivery postcode. Metro covers the major capital city areas, regional and rural covers country towns and areas outside metro, and remote covers outback and very isolated locations. View the zone map.
