Free metro shipping on orders over $249
LYTES now offers free standard shipping to all metro locations on orders over $249. For these larger orders, shipping to other areas and service levels is also reduced:
- Rural / Remote and Express rates for orders over $249 are automatically reduced by $10 at checkout.
Free shipping and reduced rates are applied automatically once your cart total is $249 or more (after discounts, before shipping).
All orders include complimentary tracking. A tracking link is emailed once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Rates
The tables below show our base rates for orders under $249, as well as the reduced rates that apply automatically for orders of $249 and over. Free metro shipping is simply the Standard metro rate dropping to $0 for carts over $249.

Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 12–48 hours (Monday to Friday). During peak periods there may be minor delays, though we aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.
Orders are shipped from Wollongong, NSW.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Post (once dispatched)
- NSW, ACT, VIC: 1–2 business days
- SA, Southern QLD: 2–5 business days
- TAS: 3–5 business days
- Northern QLD: 4–7 business days
- NT & WA: 5–9 business days
Express Post is available at checkout where eligible postcodes are covered by the Australia Post Express network.
Order Tracking
Tracking is included for all orders. Your tracking link will be emailed after dispatch.
If you cannot locate your tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us.
Delivery Preferences
Signature Options
- Authority to Leave (ATL): Your parcel may be left in a safe place based on your instructions.
- Signature Required: A signature is required on delivery. If no one is home, Australia Post will leave a collection card for pickup at your local Post Office with valid ID.
You can select ATL or Signature at checkout. Signature on delivery is +$3.
Authority to Leave terms
If you choose ATL, the parcel is deemed delivered once left at your premises. LYTES and our delivery partners are not responsible for loss or damage after delivery. By selecting ATL, you accept full responsibility and release LYTES from associated claims or liabilities.

Do you ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and business addresses?
Yes. Australia Post delivers to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and business addresses across Australia.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
If your order has not been dispatched, we can usually update the address. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
What if my parcel is delayed?
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays or weather events. Your tracking link will reflect the most accurate updates. If something looks off, get in touch and we will help.
