I am new to the electrolyte world but LYTES was recommended to me by a friend. I usually drink a lot of water but didn’t the difference that this product could make. It’s helped me manage extreme heat conditions and dehydration as well as being a great addition to my normal daily fluid intake. Love the flavours and enjoy the surprise of the flavour I pick from the box each time! Highly recommended!!!

Was recommended by my daughter and I am very impressed. I was having problems with fatigue and muscle cramping following lots of activity in the heat. Once I added Lytes in to my routine I feel much less fatigue and cramps have gone. Thank you

The husband uses them to help stop cramps. This is his second large order. Prefers the raw and adds a very weak amount of soda stream Syrup to slightly sweeten. Other flavours are too sweet
My favourite way to stay hydrated. Love having a mix of flavours to choose from.

A delicious way to replace the electrolytes lost from exercising in the Queensland heat. The single serve packets make them easy to transport too. These are my go to electrolytes.

Tastes good and Keeps me well and truly hydrated
Yeah, it tastes good. I was expecting an Australian flavour of lemonade. It’s morr like old-fashioned homemade lemonade, but it’s good!
I usually love cranberry, and have found all the other relyte flavours to be very nice, but nooooot this one. Tastes like insecticide to me, very sharp chemical taste, not a tart cranberry taste. Sorry guys, it's a no from me!
