I've used magnesium glycinate tablets before, so I know they work to help with sleep and muscle relaxation. I was keen to try this as I like the addition of the other functional ingredients, I made the drink about 60 minutes before bed and by the time I got into bed, I already felt more relaxed. I slept so well, too. The flavour's are great too. Pineapple is my favourite. I've been struggling with a headcold and these have helped my get more quality sleep.
Fantastic electrolytes, great flavours and no sugar is involved! Reduced headache when fasting! Definitely worth having and keeping on hand when needed!
I’m really impressed with this product, the salts dissolve easily in water, the taste is excellent and the price is highly competitive! I’m so glad I switched to essential electrolytes!
These tastes amazing, for someone who has lots autoimmune issues and suffer with dehydration, this is the only magnesium my stomach can tolerate. It’s been a game changer for my energy.
Love LMNT so convenient to use and great flavour. Enjoy Mango Chilli find it warming especially over cold winter months for a change it has a nice mango flavour with a hint of warmth from the chilli. Watermelon is also one of my favourite flavours.

Great flavour variety, I use these daily and have done for many months now. I'm on a carnivore diet and this does not affect my blood sugars in any way, but I do have great sodium levels now.

Great variety of flavours. Wasn't sure about 2 of the flavours but the mango chilli certainly packs a punch and tastes so good. Equally impressed with the raw unfiltered sachets.

I hadn't tried them yet but my husband rang me and said he had a terrible headache. He never gets headaches. We had done a long walk the day before. I told him to find the lmnt and have one, in case it was dehydration. When I got home his headache was gone. They are strong tasting, but work great.
