As a type 2 diabetic this product keeps me hydrated for most of the day. I have gotten my Rugby mad teenage son taking one serve before every training session & every game. He swears by them. My hard working wife who forgets to hydrate herself also takes one everyday & she says she no longer ‘flatlines’ in the early afternoon. She comes home happy every night.

Amazing stuff honestly makes me WANT to drink water.
Love the easy pouches and flavour assortment. Grapefruit is a big favourite. Personal preference is to dilute with loads of water as some of the fruit flavours I find quite sweet. Definitely notice a reduction in foot.cramps.

Prefer LMNT, Saltt has more a chemical taste, some flavours we have tried are good and some are terrible. More flavours than LMNT.
Taste great with good amount of sodium and magnesium. Perfect after long trail runs.
Dont like the watermelon, second time i tried it , not a fan
