I’ve been using Lytes citrus salt for a few years now and couldn’t think of not using them. 1 sachet in 2 litres of water is my go to every day. I’ve stopped getting cramps in my feet which were so painful. I’m 67 years of age and will be using them as long as you are providing them. Thank you!
