LMNT Watermelon Salt Electrolyte Mix 

Watermelon Salt is a salty, fruity delight, and one of our most popular LMNT flavours.  The box contains 30 Individual Watermelon Salt stick packs, perfect for hydration on the go. Just add to your drink bottle and shake. Each stick makes between 450ml-900ml of electrolyte drink.

 

What is LMNT?

LMNT is a tasty electrolyte drink mix formulated to help anyone with their electrolyte needs and perfectly suited to those following a keto, low-carb, or paleo diet. LMNT packs a tasty but powerful punch of three essential electrolytes - sodium (1000mg), potassium (200mg) and magnesium (60mg). With LMNT, hard isn't so hard anymore; you're better hydrated and getting all the electrolyte replenishment you need to power through.

LMNT was developed by Robb Wolf (research biochemist, podcaster, best-selling author and health advocate) with help from Ketogains.

Love the watermelon. Refreshing. Mix mine in 1.5l of water as I dont like over salty taste and this is just perfect for me!

This small packet goes a long way - I mixed the packet with a litre of ice-cold water- it was so refreshing on a hot day. Love the watermelon flavour.
