Citrus Salt is a salty, tangy delight, and our most popular LMNT flavour.  The box contains 30 Individual Citrus Salt stick packs, perfect for hydration on the go. Just add to your drink bottle and shake. Each stick makes between 450ml-900ml of electrolyte drink.

 

What is LMNT?

LMNT is a tasty electrolyte drink mix formulated to help anyone with their electrolyte needs and perfectly suited to those following a keto, low-carb, or paleo diet. LMNT packs a tasty but powerful punch of three essential electrolytes - sodium (1000mg), potassium (200mg) and magnesium (60mg). With LMNT, hard isn't so hard anymore; you're better hydrated and getting all the electrolyte replenishment you need to power through.

LMNT was developed by Robb Wolf (research biochemist, podcaster, best-selling author and health advocate) with help from Ketogains.

This was my first purchase of LMNT, I chose the citrus salt flavour.
I really enjoy the tangy fizz on my tongue when mixed with soda water.
I take a bottle of mineral water with LMNT in it to work and sip on it during the day knowing it is doing me good. I truly enjoy it.
