Grapefruit Salt is a salty, fruity delight, and one of our most popular flavours. The box contains 30 Individual Grapefruit Salt stick packs, perfect for hydration on the go. Just add to your drink bottle and shake. Each stick makes between 450ml-900ml of electrolyte drink.


What is LMNT?

LMNT is a tasty electrolyte drink mix formulated to help anyone with their electrolyte needs and perfectly suited to those following a keto, low-carb, or paleo diet. LMNT packs a tasty but powerful punch of three essential electrolytes - sodium (1000mg), potassium (200mg) and magnesium (60mg). With LMNT, hard isn't so hard anymore; you're better hydrated and getting all the electrolyte replenishment you need to power through.

LMNT was developed by Robb Wolf (research biochemist, podcaster, best-selling author and health advocate) with help from Ketogains.

Best flavour!

Grapefruit is the nicest flavour I’ve tried so far.
Love LMNT, gives me clarity of thought and good, clean energy.
Anyone doing carnivore or keto should give these a try, it’s amazing how much difference one little sachet makes to your well-being.

Love this flavour. Not too sweet but lovely sweet taste. Convenient packaging so easy to take on hikes, to the gym etc with you.

New fave flavour

I love the subtle flavour of the grapefruit salt its taken over orange as my favourite. I usually mix it in 700ml of chilled water and its a perfect pick me up drink.

Best Electrolyte Ever!

Love the quality of these electrolytes, they have the ideal amount of electrolytes so they really do work at keeping you hydrated! Very clean as well, no sugar, gluten free, keto friendly etc. Grapefruit not as I expected but still enjoyable , have just bought another 4 boxes in a variety of flavours.
