Great flavour variety and works well with carnivore diets.

Great flavour variety, I use these daily and have done for many months now. I'm on a carnivore diet and this does not affect my blood sugars in any way, but I do have great sodium levels now.

They work.

I hadn't tried them yet but my husband rang me and said he had a terrible headache. He never gets headaches. We had done a long walk the day before. I told him to find the lmnt and have one, in case it was dehydration. When I got home his headache was gone. They are strong tasting, but work great.

Easy hydration!

Love the easy hydration! Flavours are great. Personal fav is the grapefruit. I prefer my hydration less sweet so I make a really big bottle with heaps of ice. In the colder months the chocolate/ caramel flavours are great with a big coffee!

Ordered these and used them during fever. Very tasty, easy to digest but no sugar so I still felt able to eat.

Fruit and Salt are a Good Match!

These are excellent. I have one every morning 30 min before my sauna. With these in my system, I get a better sweat (than what I did before).
The various flavours are great - I just dip my hand in and pull out whatever I find. Every morning is like an unknown taste adventure (with the peace of mind that it'll great anyway!)
Compared to other like-for-like electrolytes that I have had, the combination of fruit and salt make this the winner.

Best tasting sugar free, fasting friendly electrolytes I’ve tasted. My go to for long term fasts. Little more expensive becuase each sever is individually packed, but absolutely work it in my opinion. Love the LMNT big fruity pack. 5 differnet flavours. All taste great.

I usually get the non flavoured pack incase the flavourings in the fruity pack would affect my stomach as can be sensitive but I have had no issues and really happy to enjoy a fruity drink with no sugar or nasty additives!

Hi there,

I’ve heard a lot of great things about LMNT from various podcasts, and many people seemed to really love it, so I was excited to give it a try. Unfortunately, I’ve found that I’m not able to tolerate the taste very well. It might be a bit too salty for my preference, and the aftertaste doesn’t quite agree with me.

I really wanted to enjoy it, but it just doesn’t seem to suit my taste.

Super happy with LMNT!

My partner and I buy these LMNT electrolytes for a couple of reasons- my partner has a very physically demanding outside job, and I have hEDS. LMNT helps us both to stay well hydrated, and feeling energised for our day. I use LMNT every day, and have tried quite a few other brands, I have found that other brands just don’t offer the mix of salts LMNT do, which leads to poorer overall hydration for me, and flares my POTS (iykyk!). We’re super happy with LMNT and will continue to order from them!

I love all theses flavours. I think my favourite at the moment is the lemonade. I mix them in 700ml to 1 litre of water. I do intermittent fasting everyday so it’s really important I have something like this. I’ve been buying these for years now and will continue. Love these for intermittent fasting

These taste great! If I'm fasting but not doing a strict absolute 0 cal fast, these are my favourite. I love the flavours and just add one to my drink bottle and enjoy it throughout the day while still fasting. If I'm going for a stricter fast, especially more than 24 hrs, where I want absolutely 0 cal, I like their unflavoured ones which are also great (but these ones are delicious!)
