Yes. Every Re-Lyte formula is made without sugar. The flavoured range is sweetened naturally with stevia; Unflavoured carries no sweetener at all.

How much sodium is in Re-Lyte?

The flavoured Hydration mix carries 810 mg of sodium per 5 g serve. The Unflavoured tub, made with 100% Redmond Real Salt, carries 1000 mg per serve.

Is the tub or the stick packs better value?

The tub. A 75-serve Unflavoured tub works out to roughly $1.00 a serve and the 60-serve flavoured tubs to about $1.25 - both well under the $2.00 a serve of the 30-count stick packs. Stick packs earn their price in portability, not value.

Is Re-Lyte suitable for keto or fasting?

Why does Unflavoured taste different to other electrolyte mixes?
