    Had my first Lytes this morning. i Have been using elmt and their product just talks more saltier. Not sure if Lytes is over flavored which masks the salt

    Very tasty; I love the variety of flavours. I’m still adjusting to the higher sodium levels, so typically use a single sachet in my 1.1L water bottle.

    Getting Expensive

    I’m diabetic and drink loads of water to support my kidney health. LMNT helps me with any dehydration issues. Sugar free, measured sachet, a multitude of flavours, what’s not to love?
    My only concern is the rising cost. At $80 when it only comes from NSW n MN beans sadly LMNT is becoming a luxury item for me. I know the cost can’t be helped but ‘oof…. for this unemployed little black duck, it’s a toughie!’
