What is LMNT?

LMNT is a tasty electrolyte drink mix formulated to help anyone with their electrolyte needs and perfectly suited to those following a keto, low-carb, or paleo diet. LMNT packs a tasty but powerful punch of three essential electrolytes - sodium (1000mg), potassium (200mg) and magnesium (60mg). With LMNT, hard isn't so hard anymore; you're better hydrated and getting all the electrolyte replenishment you need to power through.

LMNT was developed by Robb Wolf (research biochemist, podcaster, best-selling author and health advocate) with help from Ketogains.

First Time

This is our first time ordering from Lytes and also tring LMNT. From the moment I order to the delivery was quick and packaging was well presented. I was having a few issues in the beginning and cannot fault the great and fast response from Alexei (I hope I have spelt this correct). Then the taste of LMNT have tried Orange, Raspberry ans Citrus and all so good and refreshing but Citrus is my favourite but I am keen to try the other flavours. I have brought single packets of Chocolate and Salt so will be interesting to see what these flavours taste like. Thank you Lytes for smooth and quickly delivery from ordering to receiving

Great to sample flavours

Love the option to purchase single serves to try flavours. My favourite was the watermelon, raspberry & orange. Tried citrus salt & mango chilli, didn’t really enjoy them.
