Lotus Fine Celtic Sea Salt is hand harvested from the Peninsula of Guérande, Brittany. This salt is unrefined, so keeps its minerals and trace elements from the sea water without any additives. Can be used in everyday cooking and finishing salt for salads, grilled meats and vegetables.
