LMNT Raw Unflavoured Electrolyte Mix 

Raw Unflavoured is pure electrolytes, with no sweetener, not flavour and no fillers.  The box contains 30 Individual Raw stick packs, perfect for hydration on the go. Just add to your drink bottle and shake. Each stick makes between 450ml-900ml of electrolyte drink.

 

What is LMNT?

LMNT is a tasty electrolyte drink mix formulated to help anyone with their electrolyte needs and perfectly suited to those following a keto, low-carb, or paleo diet. LMNT packs a tasty but powerful punch of three essential electrolytes - sodium (1000mg), potassium (200mg) and magnesium (60mg). With LMNT, hard isn't so hard anymore; you're better hydrated and getting all the electrolyte replenishment you need to power through.

LMNT was developed by Robb Wolf (research biochemist, podcaster, best-selling author and health advocate) with help from Ketogains.

I was a little worried it might be overly salty but it wasn't too bad. Mixed with 500ml water it was easy to drink. Great to not be getting any extra unwanted ingredients. Good product.

This is a great electrolyte, not as tasty as the other flavoured ones but helps out tremendously while on the Carnivore diet.

I am liking the results from taking LNMT (electrolyte). I am having a side effect from it. Maybe it is just me but it seems that the tintanius in my ears is being drastically quite since I have been taking it.
