The NXGEN Manufacturing Process
NXGEN begins with Australian beef femur bones naturally rich in marrow. The bones are soaked in a mild solution containing Australian Murray River salt and apple cider vinegar to assist with the extraction of marrow and naturally occurring components from the bone.
The solid bone is then removed by straining. The remaining liquid is vacuum-dried at a controlled temperature to remove water while retaining the natural characteristics of the marrow matrix.
After drying, the extract is milled into a fine powder containing marrow, natural bone minerals, collagen peptides and glycosaminoglycans before being filled into beef gelatin capsules.
Sourced from Australian Lake Eyre Beef
NXGEN sources beef from multigenerational Australian farming families in the Lake Eyre region of Central Australia. The cattle graze freely across expansive outback pastures and feed on native Australian grasses.
The cattle and processing facilities are subject to Australian Government standards, veterinary inspection and food-safety controls. The product is traceable to its Australian source and is tested before release.
Cold-Chain Handling and Quality Testing
After collection, the beef bones are rapidly frozen to approximately -20°C and maintained under controlled cold-storage conditions until processing.
