Traditional Bone Broth Without the Long Preparation

Traditional bone broth is made by slowly simmering bones in water to create a rich, savoury stock. NXGEN Bone Broth Protein follows the same principle using selected Australian beef marrow bones, filtered water, Murray River salt and apple cider vinegar.

After more than 48 hours of slow extraction, the liquid broth is gently freeze-dried into a fine, concentrated powder. Simply add water or mix it into food for the flavour and convenience of bone broth without preparing a stockpot from scratch.

Made from Australian Grass-Fed Beef Bones

NXGEN sources beef marrow bones from Australian pasture-raised cattle that are grass-fed and grass-finished. No feedlot cattle are used.

The cattle are sourced from regenerative farming systems and are raised without added hormones, antibiotics, glyphosate or GMO feed.

Slowly Simmered for More Than 48 Hours

The selected marrow bones are simmered under vacuum at temperatures below 70°C for more than 48 hours. Filtered water, Australian Murray River salt and apple cider vinegar are used during extraction.

The finished broth is then freeze-dried at low temperature to remove moisture and create an easy-to-store powder with a mild, savoury beef flavour.

Naturally Occurring Collagen and Amino Acids

Beef bone broth naturally contains proteins and amino acids derived from bones, marrow and connective tissue, including:

  • Collagen
  • Gelatin
  • Glycine
  • Proline
  • Hydroxyproline
  • Glutamine
  • Naturally occurring electrolytes and minerals

Multiple Types of Collagen

NXGEN Bone Broth Protein naturally contains collagen types I, II, III, IV and V. Type I is the predominant form, with additional collagen types present as part of the complete broth matrix.

More Than Collagen Alone

Unlike a single-ingredient collagen hydrolysate, bone broth contains a broader mix of naturally occurring components derived from bones and connective tissue.

  • Multiple collagen types
  • Gelatin
  • Glucosamine
  • Chondroitin
  • Hyaluronic acid
  • Glycosaminoglycans
  • Amino acids and trace minerals

Freeze-Dried for Convenience

Freeze-drying removes water at low temperature and under vacuum. This creates a shelf-stable powder that dissolves readily in hot water and can be stored without refrigeration before opening.
