How it works

    Add your products to the cart as usual.

    Choose Pickup

    Select Pickup as the delivery method at checkout.

    Wait for the email

    We pack your order, usually within an hour, and let you know when it is ready.

    Collect it

    Head to the warehouse during opening hours, or from a locker after hours.

How long does Click and Collect take?

Most orders are packed and ready within about an hour during warehouse hours. We email you when your order is ready to collect.

Can I collect after hours?

Yes. Locker collection is available outside warehouse hours. Please contact us before you come so we can leave your order in a locker.

Can I shop in person at the warehouse?

No. Council restrictions mean we can't offer in store shopping, so please order online and choose Pickup at checkout.
