How to use

Good Taste and Hydrates Well!

After sampling a few of the SALTT flavours, this one is definitely the best. I usually choose berry over tropical flavours, but the mango taste like a delicious mix of both (and much better than the SALTT berry and endless summer flavours). Obviously it's very salty, so I'll usually only have half a sachet for everyday use, which taste better and still works just as well! Really impressed that this brand doesn't clump AT ALL in water and the ingredients seem trustworthy. Wish they had options without stevia for those with sensitivities, but its impossible to find a brand at the moment that doesn't. I'll usually drink alongside food as to not upset my stomach, but can't have it everyday for this reason. Overall, I recommend this brand (and flavour) for sure! It kept me very hydrated when I was unwell recently, and I've even noticed my skin clearing up thanks to the electrolytes. 5/5 stars!
