LMNT Chocolate Salt Electrolyte Mix 

Chocolate Salt is a salty chocolate delight, perfect in cold water or added to coffee or any hot drink.  The box contains 30 Individual Chocolate Salt stick packs, perfect for hydration on the go. Each stick makes between 450ml-900ml of electrolyte drink.

 

What is LMNT?

LMNT is a tasty electrolyte drink mix formulated to help anyone with their electrolyte needs and perfectly suited to those following a keto, low-carb, or paleo diet. LMNT packs a tasty but powerful punch of three essential electrolytes - sodium (1000mg), potassium (200mg) and magnesium (60mg). With LMNT, hard isn't so hard anymore; you're better hydrated and getting all the electrolyte replenishment you need to power through.

LMNT was developed by Robb Wolf (research biochemist, podcaster, best-selling author and health advocate) with help from Ketogains.

So good as a Hot Chocolate

Trying to cut back on my Tea intake in the evenings, I'm finding a sachet of the choc salt with hot water really hits the spot.

Love the choc salt LMNT, I have it daily to up my electrolytes on my ketogenic diet. I feels like a bit of a treat, I add a dash of pure cream with the hot water to make it a creamy hot chocolate.
