Grapefruit Salt is a salty, fruity delight, and one of our most popular flavours. The box contains 30 Individual Grapefruit Salt stick packs, perfect for hydration on the go. Just add to your drink bottle and shake. Each stick makes between 450ml-900ml of electrolyte drink.


What is LMNT?

LMNT is a tasty electrolyte drink mix formulated to help anyone with their electrolyte needs and perfectly suited to those following a keto, low-carb, or paleo diet. LMNT packs a tasty but powerful punch of three essential electrolytes - sodium (1000mg), potassium (200mg) and magnesium (60mg). With LMNT, hard isn't so hard anymore; you're better hydrated and getting all the electrolyte replenishment you need to power through.

LMNT was developed by Robb Wolf (research biochemist, podcaster, best-selling author and health advocate) with help from Ketogains.

Fast service, great product

I've been using LMNT for about a year now after searching around for a good salty drink. I have one packet per day across two large water bottles to keep my low blood pressure in the normal zone (for me). The mixed packet gives you variety but I keep coming back to the Grapefruit. Lytes have provided prompt service from my first order so I keep coming back. :)

The only electrolytes that don't upset my stomach!

Love these electrolytes. Excellent flavours (grapefruit and raspberry are the best!) And they're the only ones I've ever found to not upset my stomach in some capacity. Helped so much through a summer pregnancy and with low blood pressure. Worth the money for sure.
