LMNT Orange Salt Electrolyte Mix 

Orange Salt is a salty, fruity delight, and one of our most popular LMNT flavours.  The box contains 30 Individual Orange Salt stick packs, perfect for hydration on the go. Just add to your drink bottle and shake. Each stick makes between 450ml-900ml of electrolyte drink.

 

What is LMNT?

LMNT is a tasty electrolyte drink mix formulated to help anyone with their electrolyte needs and perfectly suited to those following a keto, low-carb, or paleo diet. LMNT packs a tasty but powerful punch of three essential electrolytes - sodium (1000mg), potassium (200mg) and magnesium (60mg). With LMNT, hard isn't so hard anymore; you're better hydrated and getting all the electrolyte replenishment you need to power through.

LMNT was developed by Robb Wolf (research biochemist, podcaster, best-selling author and health advocate) with help from Ketogains.

The most effective hydration I have tried

I love LMNT, orange is one of my favourite flavours. The orange flavour is not too sweet or overpowering. I can really feel the difference when I start my day with LMNT, more engergy, my brain works better and my skin looks more hydrated. I enjoyed LMNT throughout my pregnancy and breastfeeding too.

Life changing
