Raw Unflavoured is pure electrolytes, with no sweetener, not flavour and no fillers.  The box contains 30 Individual Raw stick packs, perfect for hydration on the go. Just add to your drink bottle and shake. Each stick makes between 450ml-900ml of electrolyte drink.

 

What is LMNT?

LMNT is a tasty electrolyte drink mix formulated to help anyone with their electrolyte needs and perfectly suited to those following a keto, low-carb, or paleo diet. LMNT packs a tasty but powerful punch of three essential electrolytes - sodium (1000mg), potassium (200mg) and magnesium (60mg). With LMNT, hard isn't so hard anymore; you're better hydrated and getting all the electrolyte replenishment you need to power through.

Contains maltodextrin and it is not listed in the ingredients.

I recently purchased this product as I have started the carnivore diet and then just discovered that this product has towards to 550mg of maltodextrin that has not been labelled on the list of ingredients. Majority of the people buying this products do so in order to avoid products like maltodextrin. This product is labelled as keto friendly and with that amount of maltodextrin it certainly is not keto friendly. I feel like I have been lied to, scammed and bow wasted my money as I can not use this product. I've had 2 sachets put of my box of 30 and bot I just have to throw the rest away. Thanks very much.

Hi Nathan. LMNT Raw Electrolyte Mix does not contain any maltodextrin. This is only present in the flavoured versions.
