I have got the unflavoured I am using the product and using it while I do exercise routines but just a day ago I watched Dr Boz video mentioning about the presence of maltodextrin in the lmnt packets which haven’t been mentioned in the list of ingredients on your pack which got me little scared of using this but not sure how far extent the damage will be caused by using this

Hi Raj. LMNT Raw Electrolyte Mix does not contain any maltodextrin. This is only present in the flavoured versions.

LMNT Raw

The only one I will use and have used for a few years now.
The flavoured ones are way too sweet for me and need watering down,
Twice I found 1 flavoured sachet needs to be added to approximately 3+ litres of water, then have Celtic Salt added to be palatable.

One benefit has been that i am better hydrated

One benefit has been that I am better hydrated and less likely to wake up and need to go to the bathroom at night. In fact, instead of going three times a night I am down to once and that is early morning. This in itself is a bonus. However, I find the taste a little fishy and hope to get use to that.

These electrolytes are fantastic. They have no flavour so you can drink as is or add any flavour you like to the level you like. This avoids the extreme sweetness of pre-flavoured options. This is a great option for those who don’t enjoy sweet beverages.

My preferred option for fasting

No sugar, but also not unpleasant taste, whereas some other zero cal powders I struggle with the taste. I add one to my large drink bottle when fasting.

Raw flavour.

The husband uses them to help stop cramps. This is his second large order. Prefers the raw and adds a very weak amount of soda stream Syrup to slightly sweeten. Other flavours are too sweet
