Specifically got this to help me through my fasting days. On a 36hr fast this helps me get through the day. Really like this flavour, I put one satchel into my 1.9L bottle and it taste great doesn't dilute at all. Highly recommend!!

I’ve started the carnivore lifestyle and was recommend LMNT…this flavour was high in reviews and I must say it’s delicious, makes me feel good and the delivery from Lytes was exceptionally fast. I also received a sample of the chocolate flavour which goes great in my iced coffee so I ordered a box of that flavour today with a “notify me when available” for the mango chilli 🌶️

Great product but far too sweet

The LMNT electrolytes have certainly helped with supporting my blood pressure (normally low) and have eliminated my afternoon energy slumps. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that they are extremely sweet (like sprite fizzy drink sweet). Far too sweet for my tastes considering I eat a keto diet and don’t consume sugar. I chose LMNT because it is suitable for people on keto so did not expect them to be so sweet. I will try the unflavoured version to see if it is better and just add a dash of lemon juice for flavour.

This electrolyte mix is a game changer and not like others. It's a bit salty so use lots of water but you'll quickly feel the difference once you get used to the taste. HIGHLY recommend.

Best sodium electrolyte on the market

Love LMNT!! I've used lots of electrolytes over the years doing marathon and ultras also. But the high intensity, often heat playing conditions means you need to amp up. Love the citrus salt flavor and you can really feel the difference. An upgrade from Tailwind. And powerade and gatorade are simply not in the conversation. Great product!!!
