Tried it for the first time

Brought the salted raspberry but didn't like the flavour and gave it away. The orange is much better and I don't mind drinking it I use it to flavour my butter bites which works really well

Tastes great, works even better

I have POTS so I need electeolytes with high salt content every day, and Lytes are my go to. They are one of the few on the market that have enough salt for my needs, and I personally prefer the taste. Just a note, put them in 500mL of water or more! Less than that and it doea taste too satly. But I find 500mL-1L makes for a perfect tasty drink. :)

This product is good, I think the balance of flavours is great. Favourite is orange with Raspberry close behind. Highly recommend for low carb diet and heavy sauna use
