How many capsules should I take?

SALTT recommend 8-12. (It sounds like a lot, but the alternative was a gigantic horse pill, and nobody wants to deal with that!) That being said, everyone is different. You can always start with a few and build up from there.

Do I need to take other electrolytes if I also use these?

The Daily Capsules do provide a healthy mix of electrolytes, with the added benefit of trace minerals, but you may find you need additional electrolytes to feel your best.

Hard to Find Quality Minerals

Very pleased with these SALTT sea minerals! So difficult to find minerals that are not watered down, have no calcium or Vit D, feel good to take and have no negative side effects even on an empty stomach. Excellent company to liase with.

Better than others I have seen
But as dr ken Berry recommends you need to take 8 to 12 caps per day
So that makes them expensive.
