Orange Salt is a salty, fruity delight, and one of our most popular LMNT flavours.  The box contains 30 Individual Orange Salt stick packs, perfect for hydration on the go. Just add to your drink bottle and shake. Each stick makes between 450ml-900ml of electrolyte drink.

 

What is LMNT?

LMNT is a tasty electrolyte drink mix formulated to help anyone with their electrolyte needs and perfectly suited to those following a keto, low-carb, or paleo diet. LMNT packs a tasty but powerful punch of three essential electrolytes - sodium (1000mg), potassium (200mg) and magnesium (60mg). With LMNT, hard isn't so hard anymore; you're better hydrated and getting all the electrolyte replenishment you need to power through.

LMNT was developed by Robb Wolf (research biochemist, podcaster, best-selling author and health advocate) with help from Ketogains.

LMNT Salt sticks are a simple way to keep hydrated and your electrolytes topped up!

The Orange flavour is enjoyable, and I like the way you can have use less water for a stronger flavour, or more water to balance to your preferred taste.
