What is LMNT?

LMNT is a tasty electrolyte drink mix formulated to help anyone with their electrolyte needs and perfectly suited to those following a keto, low-carb, or paleo diet. LMNT packs a tasty but powerful punch of three essential electrolytes - sodium (1000mg), potassium (200mg) and magnesium (60mg). With LMNT, hard isn't so hard anymore; you're better hydrated and getting all the electrolyte replenishment you need to power through.

LMNT was developed by Robb Wolf (research biochemist, podcaster, best-selling author and health advocate) with help from Ketogains.

Great pack to try all the flavours

I was recommended LMNT by my natropath as l exercise a lot and on a limited diet.
The taster pack was a great way to try LMNT and 3xplore all the flavours. Initially l found them overly salty but if l dilute them a little more they are easily drinkable, l haven't had any cramps since using them, and worked out my preferred flavours.

Good mix of flavors

I've just started on my carnivore journey and was recommended electrolytes. I researched to find a stockist in Australia and Lytes came up. First time trying so will get a little getting used to but flavours so far have been nice.

Great to give our team the energy and health they need

We are a solar installation business and being on roofs in Queensland heat is a whole level of hard work!. LMNT have been the best find! Store bought drinks were leaving the team flat after the 'sugar' wore off. These have been a game changer for the team and we/they couldn't be happier.
