I don’t love water so LMNT keeps me hydrated as it tastes so good and I find I am now drinking 2 litres of water with one sachet of raspberry salt every day.

Game Changer

As someone who drinks water religiously through the day, I didn’t realise how dehydrated I still felt until I tried the Lytes electrolytes. I feel incredibly hydrated, and more balanced. The raspberry has limited taste of salt, tasting incredible with a refreshing twist. So glad I have discovered these!!
