Carefully Collected, Pasteurised and Freeze-Dried

Surplus colostrum is collected in sterilised stainless-steel tanks and stored at low temperatures before being flash-pasteurised at 72°C for 15 seconds. It is then freeze-dried to remove moisture, milled into powder and placed into convenient gelatine capsules.
