Ancient Lakes Mineral Balance Essential Electrolytes is a specialised blend of essential, naturally-derived macro minerals to help supplement and replace electrolytes.

Directions for use:

Mix ½–1tsp in 500ml–1L of still or sparkling water.

Add lemon / lime juice or water drops to taste.

Can also be added to food in place of regular salt.

Ingredients:

An excellent product

I’m really impressed with this product, the salts dissolve easily in water, the taste is excellent and the price is highly competitive! I’m so glad I switched to essential electrolytes!

I love the small amount of packaging and it works out cheaper than other brands. I need to hide the taste with cordial but I make sure I have mine every day.

Love this stuff

At first I didn't love the taste but have become completely addicted to it. So far the price is more reasonable than the other non-flavoured options of electrolyte on the market - as its not in sachets.

It's delicious in my water with a bit of lemon juice - or in my hot lemon-gelatine drink - and I use it by the truckload
