Watermelon Salt is a salty, fruity delight, and one of our most popular LMNT flavours.  The box contains 30 Individual Watermelon Salt stick packs, perfect for hydration on the go. Just add to your drink bottle and shake. Each stick makes between 450ml-900ml of electrolyte drink.

 

What is LMNT?

LMNT is a tasty electrolyte drink mix formulated to help anyone with their electrolyte needs and perfectly suited to those following a keto, low-carb, or paleo diet. LMNT packs a tasty but powerful punch of three essential electrolytes - sodium (1000mg), potassium (200mg) and magnesium (60mg). With LMNT, hard isn't so hard anymore; you're better hydrated and getting all the electrolyte replenishment you need to power through.

LMNT was developed by Robb Wolf (research biochemist, podcaster, best-selling author and health advocate) with help from Ketogains.

Clean Ingredients & Great Taste

LMNT has the cleanest ingredients of any electrolytes I've tried (and I've tried almost all of them). It also has no colouring. I've never understood why they add colour to electrolytes, but this product is clean and tastes great too. Will definitely always repurchase. Watermelon and Grapefruit are the best flavours in my opnion.

Love LMNT Great service

Great product mixes really well great flavours watermelon been my favourite but I enjoy them all mango chilli is delicious if you want something different. I’ve enjoyed the chocolate LMNT as a hot drink as well. The sachets are great for traveling or to have a spare if out exercising longer. Personally think these are the best on the market. Excellent service from the company as well. Highly recommended.
