How to use

Daily Minerals are intended to be taken daily. No flavours or sweeteners are added, so the taste is salty and slightly bitter. Mix the directed amount into 500 mL of good-quality water and stir thoroughly, or add lemon or lime juice. It can also be added to another drink, over a meal, or used in cooking.

FAQs

I already use the Electrolyte Drops — do I need this as well?
Daily Minerals contains some of the same electrolytes as the Electrolyte Drops, plus additional trace minerals. Daily Minerals is designed for everyday use; the Drops are a more concentrated electrolyte option.

Will it break a fast?
No. Daily Minerals contains no calories — it is minerals suspended in water.

Does it need to be taken with food?
Taking it with food is recommended, though some people find that isn’t necessary for them.
