Redmond Re-Lyte Hydration Electrolyte Sticks — Pina Colada

A pina colada flavoured electrolyte powder in single-serve stick packs. It has a subtle, salty-sweet taste that comes from unrefined Redmond Real Salt.

How to use

Mix one stick into 500–750 mL of water. Let it sit for about 30 seconds, then shake for another 10 seconds to dissolve. Add more or less water to suit your taste. You may notice some sediment at the bottom of the container — this is trace minerals from the salt.

Ingredients

Ancient sea salt (Redmond Real Salt®), potassium citrate, coconut water powder, calcium carbonate, magnesium malate, magnesium glycinate, non-GMO citric acid, natural pineapple and coconut flavours, rebaudioside A (stevia leaf extract), natural flavours. CONTAINS COCONUT.

I must admit when my son put me onto these, I was a tad hesitant trying the ReLyte Hydration only because I thought the taste of salt would be overpowering, which it isn't. I first tried the multi pack and narrowed it down to 2 flavors which I love drinking, Mixed Berry & Pina Colada, enjoyable to drink & leave you wanting more, I have put a couple of my friends onto this product. Give it a go, you'll be glad you did.

Healthier version of the cocktail it is named after

I love pineapple juice and coconut milk mixed and this mix tastes just like it with the added benefit of electrolytes.
Thicker (probably because of the coconut) than many electrolyte mixes. My go-to when I want something substantial, especially when fasting.
