The flavoured sachets are naturally flavoured and lightly sweetened with organic stevia. Unflavoured contains no added flavouring or sweetener.

How to use

Mix one sachet with 500-750 mL of water and stir or shake until dissolved. Always follow the serving directions on the pack. If you are new to salty electrolyte powders, start with half a sachet and build up to a full serve.

Ingredients vary by flavour. Across the range you will find Australian lake or sea salt (primarily Lake Deborah salt, Western Australia), potassium chloride, magnesium gluconate, food acids, natural flavours, silica and organic stevia.
