About this product

Contains the electrolytes sodium, potassium and magnesium.
1000 mg sodium, 200 mg potassium and 60 mg magnesium per stick.
Sugar free.
No gluten, no fillers, no artificial ingredients.
Keto, low-carb and paleo friendly.
10 individual stick packs per box, one of each flavour.

How to use

Mix one stick with 450–900 mL of water and shake. Adjust the amount of water to taste.

Ican't afford it

I haven't bought any.
It comes highly recommended by people I trust, but $3.29 per drink? Who can afford that? That's over $46 per week if you average only two elecrolyte drink a day

Too sweet for me

I bought the flavoured mix just to try, I didn’t really like any of them, mostly too sweet, the raw unflavoured are best for me

LMNT taste pac

I loved these and my body responded really well but with all my other medical outlays and being on a pension they are beyond what I could afford fortnightly as I would take two a day for dysautonomia. 🙁

Way too sweet, hard to drink.

First time user

Im outside all day in the heat mowing lawns for a living. Without these I was suffering with headaches at night time. Now no headaches

Delicious and salty

Glad I bought this taster pack at the same time as the Sodii samples one. Both are almost the same as for nutrient value. Biggest difference for me is the strength of flavour and saltiness (not sure if I spelled that right x 2nd language after all)
The LTNM ones are salty (which I don’t mind) and have a strong flavour profile (probs too salty for some) in comparison with the Sodii ones.. the Sodii ones have the same salt content but are considerably more approachable particularly if u start with hydration salts. I reckon comes down to preference. I do absolutely loved the mango chilli one and will go back for it (as I find that particularly one well balanced) Within the citrus flavours I did not find too much of a difference between grapefruit and lemon. I like that unflavoured one too.
Great product and if u into bold flavours go for this one. Wanna have some more subdued flavours but same amaze feeling go for Sodii. 🙌🏾

Electrolyte Carnival

Very pleased I viewed and tested this sample pack. Allowed a sampling of the different flavours without trap of being caught with products I might not like.
First: very pleased with LMNT, they use very clean products with nothing else. No unnecessary fillers.
Second: flavours are (except the natural) there but very subtle, but not over powering.

Law of diminishing returns

I liked the sachets and can see the benefit of what they claim... But it's hard to justify how much it is. I bought the 9 pack of taste testers and it worked out to $4.70 each when the shipping is tagged on. May as well buy a bottle of Gatorade from a servo.

Great Flavours

So far all that I have tried are great. The chocolate caramel - wow I was not expecting it to taste great. Highly recommend this product.

Some very nice flavours. This keeps my water tasting great, especially if I am fasting.

Easy hydration

I'm loving the taster pack so far all the flavours are pleasant. I mix 1 x sachet with 700ml water and drink it in one hit 😋 I will order some more for sure!

Awesome LMNT Electrolytes

I’ve tried many different electrolyte brands only to be left with a buzz or headache afterwards.

I was skeptical about another brand so I purchased the Taster Pack….(great idea guys!!)

LMNT is fantastic, but you get what you pay for. These are great. 👍🏼

LMNT is incredible. No nasty ingredients and they taste great. I don’t feel dehydrated throughout the day and I have more energy also.

Personally, they are a little too sweet for me…but I use half a sachet in just over 700mL of water, which makes each sachet go a little further.

After trying this taster pack, I have now purchased a “big fruity pack”.

Overall…great product.

Salty Goodness!!

Fantastic product that you can taste the awesome goodness. Every flavour is great but my two favourites are watermelon and grapefruit.

After a close friend recommended this product to potentially reduce muscular cramps & migraines, I was a little sceptical at first. Package arrived & just like a kid on Christmas Day, had to open it! Great taste, except for a few (chocolate & raw) but overall, has reduced my muscular cramps & migraines. Really pleased with my purchase & recently re-orered!

A nice little boost

I haven't tried all the flavours yet, however the chocolate added into your hot chocolate is a chef's kiss. The chilies mango is also delicious.
