Hydrate Switch is a no added sugar electrolyte powder containing sodium, potassium, chloride, magnesium and calcium, with a 2:1 sodium to potassium ratio.
Each stick also contains taurine, vitamin C, vitamins B3, B6, B9 and B12, and Coffee Berry extract (chlorogenic acid). Handy at home, at work, at the gym or on the go.
