Redmond Re-Lyte Hydration Electrolyte Sticks — Variety

A mixed box of Re-Lyte electrolyte powder in single-serve stick packs, with a subtle, salty-sweet taste that comes from unrefined Redmond Real Salt.

Contains the electrolytes sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium.
Made with ancient sea salt (Redmond Real Salt).
No added sugar.
No artificial sweeteners, artificial flavours or artificial colours.
Suitable for ketogenic, paleo and vegan diets.
30 stick packs per box.
Single-serve stick packs.

How to use

Mix one stick into 500–750 mL of water. Let it sit for about 30 seconds, then shake for another 10 seconds to dissolve. Add more or less water to suit your taste. You may notice some sediment at the bottom of the container — this is trace minerals from the salt.

My go-to hydration

Really like it. Not as sweet and salty as others and my favourite flavour is mango.

Would be higher if packets opened more easily!!

When buying something in single serves, they are usually for 'on the go' - So you'd think that they would tear open easily! Due to the force it takes to tear the packaging, I have been covered in the sticky dust and/or lost a portion of the packet onto the floor too many times, trying to open these packets. I shouldnt need scissors or a knife to get these safely open.

Can't fault the product. All flavors are delicious and easy to get down. Feeling much better after taking them and theyre really helping me stay on top of my daily intakes of water. 10/10 product.

Great Electolytes

I love the flavours on offer. Previously purchased LMNT sachets and these are just as good and cheaper. Love the variety pack idea with enough to try each flavour multiple times for the first or if you don't have a favourite and just want a range of flavours.

I have been an avid consumer of liquid IV but recently I have been looking for a cheaper but just as effective alternative. I have found RE-LYTE to be that cheaper and effective alternative. Flavour on point. Hydration on point, price fair.
