About this product

  • Contains the electrolytes sodium, potassium and magnesium.
  • 969 mg sodium, 415 mg potassium and 178 mg magnesium per stick.
  • Sugar free — 0 g sugars per serve.
  • No added colours, no maltodextrin, no fillers.
  • Lightly sweetened with stevia leaf extract.

How to use

Mix 1 stick into 500–750 mL of cold water and stir until dissolved. Use more water for a lighter flavour. Most people start with one stick a day and adjust the amount to suit their own routine.

Hit and miss

Prefer LMNT, Saltt has more a chemical taste, some flavours we have tried are good and some are terrible. More flavours than LMNT.

Prefer this to LMNT

I found the ingredient list to be preferable to some of the questionable junk in LMNT. So far it dissolves well and flavours are good. Will buy again.

These are the best. SALTT is my go electrolyte. I believe SALTT to be far superior than any other electrolyte.

Very strong scented

Flavours okay, but packaging covered in fine powder and smells like chemicals. Individual pouches very scented.

Too much malic acid

Oh I really regret buying these. Should have read the ingredients better. Someone's heavy handed on the malic acid in these recipes. It overpowers everything and makes most of them such a chore to drink. Will not purchase again. If you like that tart acid taste they might be for you.
