FAQs
Do I need electrolytes if I'm not an athlete?
You don't have to be an athlete. Many customers use Re-Lyte day to day, for example in hot weather, during physical work, or alongside a low-carb or fasting routine. Everyone's needs are different.
Is Re-Lyte suitable for low-carb or fasting?
Re-Lyte Hydration contains zero sugar. Many of our customers who fast choose Unflavoured Re-Lyte, as it has no sweeteners.
How many can I have per day?
Most people start with 1–2 serves depending on activity and heat. If you're new to Re-Lyte, start with half a scoop and adjust to taste and activity. Always follow the directions on the label.
Will it taste salty?
Yes. It contains Real Salt and other electrolytes, so a salty note is expected. You can dilute it to taste. Re-Lyte's flavoured products also use coconut water powder for a mellower flavour.
Is it kid-friendly?
For kids, try Re-Lyte Kids, a lower-sodium option made for kids and anyone after a lower-sodium electrolyte.
