LMNT Big Variety Pack is a box of 30 LMNT electrolyte sticks with an Australian nutrition label: 3 sticks each of 10 flavours. Each 6 g stick has 1000 mg sodium, 200 mg potassium, 60 mg magnesium and 0 g sugars. Mix one into 475–950 mL of water. Chocolate flavours go in hot water, coffee or milk.

Great variety of flavours. Wasn't sure about 2 of the flavours but the mango chilli certainly packs a punch and tastes so good. Equally impressed with the raw unfiltered sachets. Love that the variety pack includes 10 different flavours all of which are so good.
