How to use

Take 1 capsule with water every 30 to 60 minutes. Use only as directed on the label. Individual needs vary with duration, temperature, humidity, diet and electrolyte intake from other foods, drinks and supplements. The capsule may be opened and the contents mixed into water; the powder is naturally salty and may not dissolve completely, so consume the entire drink.

These capsules may be alternated with non-caffeinated SaltStick capsules if you want to control your total caffeine intake.

Storage

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Protect the capsules from moisture, excessive heat and prolonged direct sunlight.

Other ingredients

Hypromellose (vegetable capsule), L-leucine, sodium copper chlorophyllin (natural green colour).

Contains caffeine, 30 mg per capsule. Not recommended for children, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. When planning total caffeine intake, account for caffeine from coffee, energy drinks, gels and other foods and supplements. Always read the label and use only as directed.
