Ancient Lakes Keto Blend Electrolyte Powder

A blend of macro minerals in powder form, combining magnesium-containing salts from Lake Deborah with concentrated ionic magnesium and added potassium. Mix into water or use in place of regular salt on food.

How to use

Mix ½–1tsp of minerals in 500ml–1L of still or sparkling water.

Add lemon / lime juice or water drops to taste.

Can also be added to food in place of regular salt.
