Contains the electrolytes sodium, potassium and magnesium.
1000 mg sodium, 200 mg potassium and 60 mg magnesium per stick.
Sugar free.

Keto, low-carb, paleo and carnivore friendly.

How to use

Mix one stick with 450–900 mL of water and shake. Adjust the amount of water to taste.

LMNT Taste Test

Great way to sample the LMNT flavours. Raspberry Salt and Citrus Salt were my favourites. Orange Salt and Watermelon Salt were still good. Will order more. Hoping to see if one a day will help with hydration and overall feeling of well-being.

Salty and flavourless

I know they tell you it’s salty but wow it’s salty!! It’s disgustingly salty. Raspberry flavour is somewhat tolerable but rest are not nice.

So far i have only tried the raspberry one and omg delicious... being winter with the heat on... which is my favourite season im finding myself needing more fluid so thought i would give it a go... So far im loving it.

Fabulous Great Tasting Product

I am new to the electrolyte world but LYTES was recommended to me by a friend. I usually drink a lot of water but didn’t the difference that this product could make. It’s helped me manage extreme heat conditions and dehydration as well as being a great addition to my normal daily fluid intake. Love the flavours and enjoy the surprise of the flavour I pick from the box each time! Highly recommended!!!

So sweet!

I was worried about it tasting salty, but it doesn't at all... it tastes horribly strongly of artificial sweetener. Not a fan at all. (For reference I don't like the taste of diet drinks or flavoured protein powder, and this is similar, and I diluted in 800mls water).

It's touted as being good for fasting, but has a decent dose of maltodextrin, and the intense sweetness will surely spike insulin anyway? Don't get the hype.

Will use up my supply for sports, but won't be buying again

Variety Pack Mix

Good selection of flavours, however it could be improved with a neutral pack to assess difference. Furthermore, international mixing instructions rather than just USA - millilitres for Australia for example.

These appeared to be effective when playing sport in hot weather. A good option to try out different flavours. All were good in their own way but I preferred citrus, especially with a load of ice cubes.
