Magnesium malate is magnesium bound to malic acid. SUPER LYTE Magnesium Malate is a single-ingredient powder with no fillers or additives, packed in a 400g pouch.
SERVING SIZE
2500mg (approximately 160 serves per pack). Each serve contains approximately 375mg of elemental magnesium.
DIRECTIONS
Mix one 2500mg serve into water or food, once a day. Do not exceed one serve per day. Measuring scoops are not an accurate form of measurement. A milligram scale is needed to measure serves accurately.
