This flavour is fantastic. The mango goes well with the saltiness and isnt overpoweringly sweet especially if you dilute it down a bit more than specified. Salt dosing is great for POTS, and it can rapidly bring my HR down when I drink it.

The taste is ok, the only thing i dislike is the sandy settlement at the bottom of your drink that dont break down

Enjoy the flavour of this product. Doesn’t mix immediately with cold water that well but I’m on my second tub and would recommend to purchase. Mango flavour is great. Great value having the large tub when I’m home. I purchase sachets when traveling.

Better than LMNT

I use to be a pretty staunch user of LMNT, until I saw a post that they have hidden maltodextrin in the ingredients. Lytes (mango flavor) is great tasting. Brilliant mix of ingredients that doesn’t break my fast or ketosis. Am definitely sticking with this brand. Good value for money.

Love this flavour! It’s not overpowering, nice and subtle and not too salty either! I love throwing this powder in everything!

Obsessed!!

This powder makes the most delicious drink- I am drinking so much more water as a result and feeling the benefits, best post gym hydration i have found. Cannot wait to try the other flavours!
