Doesn't mix well.

There’s nothing special about this product it doesn’t mix well water and stays in chunks. Save your money and get the lmnt a lot better product

Full on flavor

I usually do another brand of electrolytes and thought I'd try something different. To me the flavor of this one is like CoolAid. I feel the flavor is not "real" tasting but still is refreshing and tasty.

The best flavour

I’ve had most of the flavours but this one is my favourite. Followed by lemon lime. It’s a great electrolyte drink. I get quite a few headaches, a lot of them from dehydration, and after one serve of re-lyte I’m good as gold. I like that it uses natural ingredients. I find it very tasty. You can adjust the taste easily. If you like it more salty you can put more in. I actually like the ratio as suggested by the packaging. Give it a go. You won’t be disappointed
