Best Electrolyte without any sugar or nasties

Love this Flavour. Re-Lyte is my daily go to electrolyte drink upon waking. I rarely get headaches any more and always feel amazing. The Author of "the Salt Fix" recommends taking this product first thing in the morning to rehydrate the body after a night's sleep which is how I always take it. Especially good after a late night and few drinks to stave off a headache from dehydration. I always take some with me when travelling to keep hydrated in Planes and especially when travelling to hot climate areas. Highly recommend any of these flavoured Electrolytes coupled with a Low Carb/Keto diet/lifestyle.
