Pure and clean supplement

I don’t easily agree with taking dietary supplements, as I believe the nutrients we need should primarily come from the foods we eat. However, when it comes to magnesium, I’m convinced that supplementation is necessary. With modern agricultural practices leading to soil depletion and a lack of minerals in our drinking water, it’s challenging to get sufficient magnesium through diet alone. Supplementing ensures your body has the magnesium it needs for essential functions like energy production, muscle recovery, and stress management. It’s one of the few supplements I genuinely believe can make a measurable difference in overall health.
