Ketoneaid KE4 Pro is super concentrated 50% Ketone Ester. 

KE4 costs less than premium ketone salts on a gram per effective gram basis. Many people use as little as 5ml of KE4 a day. The average person takes double that, so it would last them 18 days.

Elite athletes may use 1 bottle which is 30g of Ketone Ester (60ml of KE4), but that is usually overkill. Too much can be worse.

The "flavour" is called "Very Scary Cherry". It no longer tastes like rocket fuel but it still  doesn't taste great. More like cough medicine. Most are fine with it. If not, try diluting.

Product has a unique taste for which I use the philospy "the worse it tastes, the better it works" - which, in this case is true - it's like taking the pills from Limitless.

Not really, tastes foul but is kinda quirky and you get used to it and the effects... well I've not taken it long enough to give a proper review but it S.A.S. lifted the brain fog for me and allowed me to get stuff done that I normally could not be bothered to do.

My research on the product is that it starts taking effect30-60 mins after drinking, peaks after a couple of hours and then tapers off. My EXPERIENCE is, and it could be partially placebo effect, is that the energy gained from a couple of days of taking has lasted for 5 days. Not spinning story, that's just how it's been for me.

I take it 3 times per week (Mon Thur and Sat and take BHB Salts on the other days
