Thirty single-serve sticks of LMNT electrolyte powder across the core flavour range, three of each. Limited edition flavours are not included.

If a flavour is temporarily unavailable, LYTES will substitute another core flavour of equal value. Limited edition flavours are excluded.

About this product

Contains the electrolytes sodium, potassium and magnesium.
1000 mg sodium, 200 mg potassium and 60 mg magnesium per stick.
Sugar free.
No gluten, no fillers, no artificial colours and no preservatives.
Keto, low-carb, paleo and carnivore friendly.
30 individual stick packs per box.

How to use

Mix one stick with 500–750 mL of water. Start at the higher volume of water if you are new to a high-sodium electrolyte powder, and adjust to taste.

But I did not enjoy the chocolate and chocolate caramel, it’s not of my preference I would like to change that in my next delivery please, the rest are awesome and great flavours

Amazing flavours.

Great variety of flavours. Wasn't sure about 2 of the flavours but the mango chilli certainly packs a punch and tastes so good. Equally impressed with the raw unfiltered sachets.
Love that the variety pack includes 10 different flavours all of which are so good.

Started using one satchet a day in the beginning int largest volume dilution. as l was feeling depleted .
Now feeling restored using the same quantity over 2 days .

I have loved the flavours i have tried.

Excellent product

I recommend these mixed packs to sample all the flavours and see what works for your palette. The chocolate and chocolate caramel were not to my liking, but the rest were great. Mango Chilli was a nice blend. I bought this mixed pack to try out all the flavours and now that I have, I will order my favourite selection individually,

Excellent sachets except for 2

I would have given a 5 star only I didn’t like the chocolate and chocolate & caramel ones, they were too sweet, may work in milk for a salty hot chocolate in winter???

Easy hydration!

Love the easy pouches and flavour assortment. Grapefruit is a big favourite. Personal preference is to dilute with loads of water as some of the fruit flavours I find quite sweet. Definitely notice a reduction in foot.cramps.

Best electrolyte I had

Tried for the first time.

Some flavors not to my liking. But will definitely buy the flavors I like again. Didn’t leave a nasty aftertaste like some other brands.
